We want to tell you something about our gem in Mikkeli called Mikkelipuisto. This is a great place to spend a day with your family or just by yourself, you choose. In Mikkelipuisto we have many activities like playground for children, outdoorgym to adults and also two different outdoor fireplaces to barbecue and amazing garden where you can find many different flowers. These all are free of charge.
We also have great restaurant called Greeneri where you can find delicious lunch buffet and also get A la carte dishes. Something for everyone.
We have our newest member in our family, which is Sauna restaurant Kaihu and Kaihu Rooftop terrace. Here you can book a sauna for your family or friends, swim in saimaa and get some tan on the sunbeds. Kaihu has two different saunas, outdoor pool and of course a lounge bar. On the roof you can find Rooftop terrace where you can enjoy some drinks and something small to eat. Look at the beatiful landscape of Kaihu and listen some good music with live dj´s on weekends. Kaihu is nonsmoking area.
We have our beautiful garden where you can get inspiration to your own garden or just look at the beautiful flowers. Here we have different types of gardens where companies in Mikkeli have created their own ones. Just to mention one there is also a rock garden. Many things to see.
What else you can do in Mikkelipuisto? Restaurant Greeneri has many outdoor games which you can lend from the restaurant.
If the young ones are tired to walk or just want to have fun, you can rent a pedal car from Greeneri to get around the park.
